Texas Two Step CPR

Texas Two Step is a free 5-minute training session in hands-only CPR designed to teach participants how to potentially save a life.

Step #1:  Call 911.  Step #2:  Begin hands-only CPR by pushing hard and fast on the center of the chest.

Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of Texans with 4 out of 5 cardiac arrests occurring at home.

Training teams representing all 11 Texas medical schools, plus pre-med students at Baylor University, will conduct this state-wide hands-only CPR training to raise public awareness of hands-only CPR and train as many people as possible to save lives.

Saturday, February 11th: 1pm-5pm at Elite Sports Medicine Center, 5100 Franklin Ave, Ste C, Waco, Texas 76710

Saturday, February 11th: 8am-5pm at Baylor University Campus (BSB Fields), Corner of U Parks Dr. and Bagby Ave. Waco, TX 76706
