Dr. Horner has served the Waco community for decades with kindness and compassion. He delivered a heartfelt thank-you speech at our county holiday banquet, bringing many attendees to tears.
Lone Star Caucus and Hot Topics
The Lone Star Caucus was formed in 2014 to unite smaller county medical societies. Topics this year include:
